HBH has been searching for a competent and reliable service partner for the permanent guarantee of its IT infrastructure operation for a period of 5 years.

The invitation to tender comprised the operation and the support of the central IT applications and servers critical to the enterprise as well as the operation of the entire communications infrastructure for the head office and HBH’s domestic and overseas locations. This also included the provision of a central platform for the protected access of the employees of the field service.

The user support is carried out by the sds help desk in Germany. The project deadline of just three months for the takeover at an appointed time posed an additional challenge for the project teams of both companies.

“We decided in favor of sds, because as a specialist for IT services and IT outsourcing sds meets all the prerequisites for a successful implementation of the services to be performed and can guarantee the achievement of the agreed goals by its medium-sized organisation in a flexible, competent and reliable manner,” says Jutta Kazmierczak, head of IT.

sds replaces the present system operator, whose contract expires in the middle of this year.
