Together with arxes Network Communication Consulting AG in Cologne, a company in which Waterland holds a majority stake, the aim is to build up a leading position in the market as an IT service provider for small and medium-sized companies. Waterland will retain the staff and management of the two companies, which will continue to conduct their traditional business from their current locations and who intend to generate additional joint potential to expand their activities.
