Limitation of liability:
With the exception of claims for damages because of a lack of warranted quality and those under the Product Liability Act, all claims for damages against us (e.g. for negligence in contracting, positive breaches of contract, tort) are excluded, unless they are based in a relationship with merchants on intention, or gross negligence of our legal representatives or our senior executives, and otherwise including the intention or gross negligence of our vicarious agents.
